The Laundry Quarter is a collection of spaces to live, eat, shop, and meet, in a new neighbourhood quarter. Built by award-winning property developer Portabella, it is located on the historical site of a former dry-cleaning business that was set up in 1860 and served the locality for over 150 years.

A new visual identity was constructed making use of recognisable laundry symbols and collated into a set of brand ‘care instructions,’ that define the creative direction across every touchpoint.

‘We’ve worked with Blindspot for many years and their work is exemplary. When we initially sit down to discuss a project and our ideas for it, they are able to transform and enhance those with a fresh identity each time, always encapsulating our vision and always with Blindspot’s unique way of enhancing it.’
